Hi!
I am a new mom from Miami, FL! A mom of a baby girl. The idea for this website came about a couple of months after I gave birth to my baby, when I got a call from my best friend that she was pregnant!
That news made me so happy that I immediately started working on a list of things that she would need as a first time mom. I remembered the overwhelming amount of stuff, research and information that I faced when I was trying to figure out what I would need as a first time mom and I wanted to avoid her going through that. I wanted to create a list of all the things that i had discovered that had made the little bit of motherhood that I had experienced more manageable for me.
And then I thought, instead of just sharing this list with my best friend how great would it be if i could share it with mamas all over! Make their lives easier too!
I know every baby, mama and situation is different but these are things that I have personally discovered in my journey that have made my life easier. These are things I wish someone would have told me so this is my way of sharing with other moms.
Once I started working on the website I wanted to make it more than just a list of things. Because, in reality, it was not products that helped me the most during those first months but the support, encouragement, advice of my partner, family and friends. After all, "it takes a village"!
So here I am, constantly working on this new obsession of mine, to help other Mamas Make it! just like i did, during these first crazy months of mommyhood.
I sincerely hope this website supports you, entertains and/or lightens your day in some way and helps you navigate this exciting, thrilling, ever-changing, blessing of a journey we call motherhood.
